Shipping Rates and Taxes

U.S. Longevity Institute charges a flat rate of $6.95 shipping and handling fee for all website orders under $100.00. For orders over $100.00, shipping and handling is free. All shipments are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. No state sales tax is charged for vitamin products.
